Founder story
Why I care about AI with a heart

GODDESS WEALTHY
My relationship with AI actually started before ChatGPT became popular.
In 2023, I was recruited by a Fortune 500 search engine company to help train AI to understand human language, give accurate answers, and respond appropriately to what people were asking.
When ChatGPT came along and suddenly everyone was talking about AI, I wasn't discovering it for the first time. I'd already been working behind the scenes with this technology and improving how people and AI communicate.
Then I started noticing something that bothered me.
Some of my favorite founders, coaches, and creators, whose emails I used to look forward to because they had such a distinct personality, suddenly started sending emails that were obviously written by ChatGPT.
And they sounded nothing like they sound in real life.
The personality and quirks were gone. The brilliant little observations and insights that made me want to hear from them were missing.
And they just kept sending them.
Then, I started seeing the same conversation happening online. People were getting frustrated with their feeds being flooded with what they called “AI slop.”
That made me think: what if we could use AI while keeping the personality of the brand?
That's really where my AI business started.
I want founders, business owners, coaches, and creators to use AI authentically so they can multiply their productivity, sales, brand, and authority while still sounding exactly like their iconic selves.
I believe your personality, creativity, story, your journey, values, and your unique genius are the parts of your brand that AI can never replace. That's the part I want to help you preserve.
People shouldn't be able to tell you're using AI to write your content if you're doing it properly. It should sound like the real you. It should feel like your signature energy with your fingerprints all over it.
I also don't understand the idea that we have to either embrace AI or reject it completely.
Yes, there are real conversations we need to have about the infrastructure, data centers, resources, and energy required to power AI. Absolutely. I'd rather have those conversations openly while looking for better solutions than simply saying, “AI is bad.”
AI is already making so many things dramatically easier and more productive for people and businesses. I think our job is to figure out how to use it ethically, authentically, and sustainably.
And no, AI is not here to replace human beings. We're the ones creating it. AI is a tool we've created, and I believe we should be intentional about how we build it, use it, and work alongside it.
The second reason I started my AI business is I saw my AI coach, Alicia Lyttle, building a very successful, multi-million dollar business as a certified AI consultant and helping companies implement AI, and I thought: “Wait. I can do this too. You mean, I can help people use AI while keeping what makes them special. And I can make a lot of money doing it? Sign me up.” 😂
So my friend, here I am. And that's what eventually led me to my tagline: GIVE AI A JOB.
I was working with my personalized ChatGPT on my brand positioning and we started playing a game. It gave me different client scenarios for me to tell it what I would do as a Certified AI Architect to solve each one.
After looking at my answers, my ChatGPT noticed something I hadn't fully put into words yet. I'm really great at looking at how a business works and seeing where AI could bring the most positive results.
Exactly where it could multiply productivity, improve profit margins, and give a founder or their team hours back each day.
That's when “Give AI a Job” clicked.
We're moving from
How do I use AI?
To asking
What's the best job AI should have in my business?
